With the Precision Fit Trainer we bring you a fitness app that brings confidence to new comers in fitness as well as peace of mind to experienced work out enthusiasts! The main focus of this app is to utilize real-time 3d technology to gain a better understanding and more clarity of how your body should perform exercises correctly. This includes how your joints should move, the stress per each muscle for the exercise, as well as free camera control to view the exercise from any direction. In doing all of this it helps to avoid bad form and possible injury causing mistakes. Videos and images leave room for error due to perspective of the video. 3D technology offers every perspective as well as the ability to see what goes on underneath the skin in a more visual form. In body building correct form should have just as much focus as routines and diet.

• Control how you view exercises in full real-time 3D. Rotate and zoom around a 3d character while he performs the exercise for a perspective view.
• See detail down to how your muscles and bones should move via x-ray viewer modes.
• See how much stress each muscle should be under via color coded muscles in x-ray viewer modes.
• Lists instructions on how to perform the exercise as well as a section for common mistakes associated with the exercise. It is a lot easier to avoid a mistake if you know what the mistake is to look for.
